Dr. T.S.R. Prasada Rao and I did have a great time together at IPCL with his simplistic unique way of helping to resolve complex issues and great meaningful interactions/debates in the township sometimes in the standing mode itself (across his garden). I’m sure all those memories will be cherished forever.
